On behalf of our 115 locations, we feel it’s important to reach out to you about what we’re doing in our bakeries to ensure our guests and team members stay healthy and safe with the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We always strive to have a clean, well-run environment, but we have taken additional precautions in light of recent events. We have taken the following steps to help keep our family healthy:
Increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning in all stores so we’re sanitizing multiple times per day.
Retrained team members to ensure they’re maintaining good personal hygiene.
Trained team members on how to provide the best and most efficient cleaning and sanitation.
Suspended the use of personal and refillable cups.
Paused pretzel sampling.
Removed Bake 'N Shake station to behind the counter, away from the public.
Moved cups, lids, straws, napkins etc. to behind the counter, away from the public.
Committed to practicing a safety-first approach in all we do, for our guests, staff, and community.

Free Ben’s Soft Pretzels Mobile App with online ordering available at participating locations.
Quick and fresh delivery to your home via third party delivery services at participating locations.
Check with your local Ben’s Soft Pretzels bakery for specials and promotions.
This situation continues to change quickly, so we will remain vigilant, continue to monitor the situation and update our guests regularly. We are grateful for your loyalty and are committed to providing you with a great pretzel experience. We will do our best to keep our stores open so we can continue to support you and your families, and only close if it is in the communities’ or our team members’ best interest.
